Our office offers a confidential, professional and calm environment for parties to meet with one of our neutral Rule 31 Listed Mediators to resolve their pending legal issues. Both of the attorneys at King & Cagle, PLLC are listed Rule 31 Mediators by the Tennessee Supreme Court and can assist parties and their attorneys in working toward an amicable solution in lieu of continued litigation.
Not only is mediation required by the Courts in most cases, but we also believe that parties who are able to reach an agreed settlement in their case save a significant amount of time and money by avoiding trial. In addition, reaching a resolution at mediation ensures that both parties have more control over the outcome instead of having a judge decide how to divide the marital estate or what parenting schedule their children should follow.
The mediation process at King & Cagle, PLLC - Law Firm and Mediation Center ensures that parties are in separate rooms throughout the day, often with their own legal counsel, and in a relaxed setting where their concerns are heard. The most successful mediations begin with parties who are currently at odds on a legal issue and ends with finding a compromise that both parties can live with.
